Return & Refund Policy

• We accept refund requests only for items that are defective or incorrect.
• You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• To request for a refund, please email us at sales@bkcgp.com with the following details:

1. Photos of the item showing the issue.
2. Brief description of the problem.
3. Order number and receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will review it within 5 business days to ensure it meets the return criteria.
• Upon the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be made via your original payment method or bank transfer. 
• For bank transfers, please provide accurate account details to avoid delays.
