- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Photos of the item showing the issue.
- Brief description of the problem.
- Order number and receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will review it within 5 business days to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Upon the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be made via your original payment method or bank transfer.
- For bank transfers, please provide accurate account details to avoid delays.
